Welcome to the Judaism community on Codidact!

Will you help us build our community of learners? Drop into our study hall, ask questions, help others with answers to their questions, share a d'var torah if you're so inclined, invite your friends, and join us in building this community together. Not an ask-the-rabbi service, just people at all levels learning together.

Comment Post #281292 "Did the fact that they moved the dough..." there is a halacha in regards to baking matzos, that as long as you are actively working with the matzos, even longer than 18 minutes, it does not become chametz.

Comment Post #278535 It uses the [sefaria linker software](https://judaism.codidact.com/questions/276449#answer-276450) which recognizes sources the website has, and makes them a link automatically.

Comment Post #278479 In my shul there were no Kohanim, and a bunch of Levi'im, so we asked the rav what to do, and he said that for Simchas Torah, *any* order is fine. I was called for shlishi (and i am a Levi) after a Yisrael was called.

Comment Post #278308 Also, the fact that the Satan can't do anything on Yom Kippur is what the Gemara (Yoma 20a) says; it isn't his own idea.

Comment Post #276793 Just a thought, but maybe since by the spies, it was that **Hashem specifically wanted to give something**, and they declined it, but by the quail, they are just asking for **something extra** so it isn't as bad.
