How big a building can be included in the eiruv?
In the movie Dredd (and in the comic books) the cities have huge apartment buildings in them which serve as mini-cities on their own (called "blocks" I think). Vast numbers of people can live in one building.
Could a "block" be enclosed in a larger eiruv or is there a maximum sized building that can be included in an eiruv? Why a Dyson Sphere make everything enclosed in it within an eiruv?
