A: Experience-based advice for focusing and slowing down prayers? The Koren-Sacks siddur can be worth a try. Also worth a try is a siddur with a different version of the text than the one you're used to (Nusach Sefard, real Sfaradi, etc). Makes it much harder to plow through the text.
