Mixing Nuscha'ot in Shabbat Musaf
I sometimes daven at a minyan which has a mix of people. When one guy leads davening, he does an Ashkenazic nusach. Another guy might daven Sefard. During musaf on Shabbos this past week, the shatz was using the Ashkenazic text but the kahal chose to sing a tune using the words of the Sefard kedusha.
Is there a problem if there is a disconnect between what the kahal says and what the shatz is davening?
