The Raavad in his commentary to Torat Kohanim ([Behar 2:1](https://hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=14026&st=&pgnum=263)) suggests the wording על ספירת שני השמטה. The commentary of R' [Samson from Sens](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samson_ben_Abraham_of_Sens) there seems to suggest the wording על ספירת היובל.
