What are the rules for mentioning my father when calling a family member up for an aliyah?
Occasionally, I have to act as gabbai for a small minyan, where other members of my family also daven. When calling up my father for an aliyah, I use the formulation "יעמוד, אבי מורי הרב..." (Rise, my father my teacher, the Rabbi...), as an honorific. However, I'm not currently aware of any special formulation or additions when calling up a different member of my family, such as a brother. Since, when calling up my brother, I'm using my father's name, should I add in "אבי מורי" as well (יעמוד פלוני אלפלוני בן אבי מורי הרב פלוני)? Does the formulation change when calling up my father for hagba or glila? What are the rules for calling up family members as the gabbai when it comes to the honorific for your father?
