Which haftarah when Rosh Chodesh Av is on Shabbat?
This Shabbat is Rosh Chodesh Av. During the three weeks (which we're in the midst of) we read three special *haftarot*. On Rosh Chodesh normally we read a special *haftarah*. When they coincide, do we read both or does one take precedence over the other? I suppose I can wait a few days and find out by observation, but I'm curious now. If there are general rules of precedence (Rosh Chodesh Elul would be during the *haftarot* of consolation, for example) then I'd be interested in the general rule, but I'm asking the narrower question.
