Welcome to the Judaism community on Codidact!
Will you help us build our community of learners? Drop into our study hall, ask questions, help others with answers to their questions, share a d'var torah if you're so inclined, invite your friends, and join us in building this community together. Not an ask-the-rabbi service, just people at all levels learning together.

Claiming your imported posts
We've run data import for the first time on this community, which means some of your content might be here but be attributed to a stub user created for the sake of attribution. This post is about claiming your content. **If you have an account on another Codidact site where imports have happened**, and you ever connected that account to SE, then your imported posts should have been automatically associated with your profile. Congratulations; you don't need to do anything. **If you have a Codidact account only on Judaism or sites that haven't done imports**, then in order to claim your posts you'll need to connect your Codidact account to your SE one. This will transfer ownership from that import stub user to you. On the "edit" tab on your profile you should now see this option: ![option to associate SE account](https://judaism.codidact.com/uploads/ESZYhv4AtHQoa3WhqnjGGqKX) Click the button and follow the instructions. You'll sign in to SE and then give us permission to read your profile there; we'll never ask for your SE credentials. What's actually being associated is your SE *network* account, which means you only need to do this once on the Codidact network. Other sites with imports will work for you as if you'd already done this.
