In my view search efficiency was a serious issue on MY. We have discussed there the different ways to improve it, and I suggested _search synonyms,_ because there are way too many Hebrew transliteration methods, and I suppose that the tags are not efficient enough. Unfortunately, it turned out that it was not feasible due to SE limitations. So if it was possible, it would be great develop this feature here.

Example: If the user searched either שבת, Shabbos, Shabos, Shabbes, Shabes, Shabbat, Shabat or Sabbath, (s)he would get all posts containing any of these words.

Another alternative to solve this issue could be the search of similar sounding words.
