Ignoring the question of why, there is a practice of using different musical trop when laining the 10 commandments from when studying it.

Are there other examples of different trop or pronunciation when using text in different contexts for other parts of chumash?

The only other place with dual cantillation traditions is Genesis 35:22. (1 comment)

Does the common (not universal) practice of repeating Devarim 25:19 Zecher/Zeicher count?

I would say not because both are said during leining. If one was reserved for leining and another for learning, that would interest me.
