Translation of ״זעיר אנפין״ as "The Impatient One"

In the Seder Oneg Shabbos Bentcher the translation for ״זעיר אנפין״ is "The Impatient One". What's the basis of this translation? Sources that support the reading would be appreciated.

I don't know any kabbalah, but, for what it's worth, "זעיר אנפין" is almost a word-for-word translation of "קצר אפים", which sounds a lot like the opposite of "ארך אפים", which means "patience".

I added the name and link to the work. For the record, I'm not affiliated and get no benefit from sales. (But I love this bentcher.)
