Which haftarah when Rosh Chodesh Av is on Shabbat?
This Shabbat is Rosh Chodesh Av. During the three weeks (which we're in the midst of) we read three special haftarot. On Rosh Chodesh normally we read a special haftarah. When they coincide, do we read both or does one take precedence over the other?
I suppose I can wait a few days and find out by observation, but I'm curious now.
If there are general rules of precedence (Rosh Chodesh Elul would be during the haftarot of consolation, for example) then I'd be interested in the general rule, but I'm asking the narrower question.

The Rama (to OC 425:1) cites both customs: the usual rosh chodesh reading, and the usual weekly ("punishment") reading. He says "in a place with no established practice" read the rosh chodesh reading. G'ra there proves that the usual weekly reading is sounder, and Mishna B'rura seems to follow him. It seems the fifth Lubavitcher rebbe read the usual weekly reading, after some confusion. Aruch Hashulchan (:5) writes much like the Rama, noting also that his own local custom is to read the rosh chodesh reading. I don't know communities' current customs.
This is specifically about rosh chodesh Av. Other special weeks have other rules.
